Sie haben ein Limitbreaker-Zertifikat bestellt und haben nur eine Mail mit folgendem Inhalt erhalten:

"[...]

Unfortunately, we were unsuccessful in processing your thawte digital certificate order automatically and manual intervention will be required by our US or Intl. Customer Support Teams. The expected issuance date of your certificate is dependent upon the accessibility of timeliness of required information.

[...]"

Leider schlägt der automatische Versand der Bestätigungsmail seitens Thawte fehl. In diesem Fall erhalten Sie oben genannte Mail und müssen leider bis auf den manuellen Versand innerhalb der Geschäftszeiten von Thawte Montag bis Freitag von 8 bis 17 Uhr warten. Wir haben leider keinen Einfluss darauf.
